Great value for the money. I ordered the piece and within about 3 days I had it via USPS.. Very pleased overall, but the product itself appears in the picture, to be a rounded piece that is solid.. it is not, it is hollow and such can be seen from the back. But honestly, for 40 bucks you can't go wrong!

My son bought this for his girlfriend. Overall it was pretty good for the price. It is extremely light weight and the chain is very delicate. It is pretty but I thought it would be more solid. The back of the heart is hollow and it would have looked better if it had been presented in a gift box instead of a plastic bag and velvet sack. The good part is that she liked it and was happy with it so it is a happy ending.

First of all, the first time I had it shipped to me, they shipped me an empty box. After I emailed they said they would send another one. A week later I got the pendant. It didn't even look brand new, it was not shiny at all and the diamonds were pretty ugly. I almost feel bad to give it to anyone as a gift. I'm not very happy with it and probably would not buy from superjeweler ever again

This pendant looks nothing in person like it does in the photo. I ordered it as a Christmas gift and was very sorry to have to give it, but didn't have time to send it back. The diamonds are so tiny, you seriously almost need a magnifying glass to see them, only if you looked that closely you would see that they are dingy and don't look anything like diamonds are supposed to. The front isn't rounded like in the photo, and all along the sides are cut-out, in order so save on material. It's a joke that they say this is on sale from $199 (which fooled me into thinking it was a great deal). Even paying $40 I think I was totally ripped off.
