Its a very cute item in, but the quality of manufacture is disappointing.
When I opened the box I immediately noticed small glue smears on the black plastic where it had been adheared to the metal, which took a lot of time and care to remove without scratching the plastic.
The metal encasing was littered with pock-marks from where it was sloppily molded, and its clear that while it may be white-gold plated, theres nothing more than weak pot-metal underneath.
I plan on keeping the necklace, simply because it is pretty, and adequate for a quick gift. But I wouldnt buy another one of these.
